Loft a 10' del Centro de Madrid

  • Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally located accommodation.

    Just 5 minutes from Matadero and Madrid Rio Park, you can enjoy a stay in the capital in a loft designed for comfortable relaxation and/or work.

    This loft features a lower level with a kitchen, dining/work table, bathroom (with shower, toilet, and WC), and a living area with a TV.

    The upper level has a double bed and a sofa bed.

    IMPORTANT: There is one double bed; the remaining guests will sleep on the sofa bed (it’s comfortable).

    For your convenience, check-in and check-out are handled via a smart lock—once you’ve booked the accommodation, you’ll receive instructions on how to gain access. In any case, you can call me if you have any problems, as well as request my assistance if needed.

    The apartment has a 600MB fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working. It’s a quiet area.
