    Beautiful apartment in 10th floor of emblematic building of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Awesome views of the Grand Via and also the Royal Palace.



    The Space:

    The newly renovated 120-square-meter apartment is located on Madrid's Gran Vía, in an iconic building just a few meters from Plaza de España. The apartment features a wraparound terrace with stunning views of Gran Vía and the Royal Palace, La Almudena, and more. It's so central that you can walk to all the city's attractions.



    The building has three elevators and a doorman during the week.



    The apartment has three double bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other with a 150 cm bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a TV.

    It also has two full bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.

    Body wash and shampoo are provided.

    The apartment also includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a separate laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer.



    All rooms have individual air conditioning and Wi-Fi with exclusive 100 Mb internet access.

    The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

    The building has three lifts and a doorman the weekdays.

    The apartment has three bedrooms, two with two individual beds and the other one with a queen size bed(150cm). All rooms come with wardrobe, airconditioner and TV.

Spotless, close to old town, great views!

Loved the views from the terrace. You cannot tell from the listing but the terrace wraps around the corner of the building and it’s all yours! Beautiful sunset, views of Royal Castle and much more. Comfortable beds and living area. Perfect!
