This modern apartment in the city center, is located on the fourth floor of the building. Featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, the property has broad windows which let in natural light, creating a sense of brightness through all the apartment. Additionally, the space distribution and careful selection of furniture in neutral and light tones make the apartment into a functional and luminous space.

The apartment is situated in the lovely Las Letras area of Madrid. Las Letras, or Cortes as it is sometimes referred to, is a historic neighborhood that lies just west of the famous Retiro Park, the largest green space in the capital. The area is characterized by its traditional cobbled streets which are full of tapas bars, cafés, and a number of independent shops.

The apartment features a smart electronic lock that opens via an app.
