Misleading

The location is very good, close to a Metro and restaurants. We were met at the property at the scheduled time to receive the keys and to show us the property. Thank goodness he was able to help us carry our luggage up 5 floors as the elevator was out of service. There was construction throughout the inside of the building including the staircase, making it extremely narrow to carry up full size luggage.The inside of the apartment was not like the photographs. The furniture was different as the stools were very uncomfortable to sit on. The sofa was different too. The floor planks had gaps. The water heater is tiny and hot water lasts for 2-3 minutes which was difficult for a family of 4 to take hot showers. The door to the rental apartment led to a tiny apartment for another group of guest, so you can hear people coming and going throughout the day, and oddily enough they could turn on/off our living room light from outside our apartment. We wished the property manager would have disclosed these issues before we made our reservation.

One of the doors is broken it is very difficult to open /close it. The door urgently needs fixing. When rains water leaks in the kitchen. The water comes through the air extractor above electrical cooker.

The property have many concerns.First, the elevator was not working due to constructions and painting.Inside the appartment: i don't think this appartme t should be rented the way it is. The painting is very bad and dirty, furniture is broken, water is leaking in the bathroom after the shower and i can go on. We were there for a show and no time to search elsewhere. El alojamiento aceptable, el propietario te informa en el último momento de 20 euros que te cobra si llegas fuera de la hora, cuando avisé de las condiciones por llegar tarde y sólo dijo que si habría alguien esperando para dar la llave, aparte a la persona que esperaba le tuve que pagar la mitad del Uber, el propietario tampoco informó de éso.

PISO ZONA PIRÁMIDES

La ubicación del piso está muy bien ya que a pesar de estar a media hora del centro andando dispone de metro, tren y autobús. El piso está muy bien lo que no está tan bien es cómo lo tienen. No conseguimos hacer funcionar el microondas. Tienen una lavadora pero no tienen ningún tendedero donde secar la ropa, les propuse de que adquirieran uno y la única respuesta por parte de ellos fue "DISCULPE LO SIENTO NO PUEDO". Éramos cuatro adultos y habían cuatro toallas grandes y UNA toalla pequeña, deberían haber cuatro de cada. Cuando pones el agua caliente en la ducha el caudal se reduce al mínimo, si eres capaz de ducharte con agua fría pues no es ningún inconveniente, pero en mi caso que soy mujer y con pelo largo ha sido toda una odisea el poder ducharme y lavarme el pelo hasta conseguir quitarme todo el jabón. En las camas han puesto unas bajeras de plástico que me parece genial para evitar que el colchón se ensucie y así para los siguientes inquilinos esté limpio, el problema es que hacía mucho ruido al moverse y era tan de plástico que producía muchísima calor. Y ya por último decir que si las cortinas estuvieran bien puestas y no se cayeran al intentar ver la luz del día produciría una sensación de ser un piso exterior, pero es imposible hacer el intento de correrlas porque entre que parecen sucias, estropeadas y encima se caen pues nos hemos sentido en una prisión. Lo muy bueno que tiene aire acondicionado y televisores en todas las habitaciones.

Gran apartamento

Quitando un pequeño problema de comunicación el primer día por un error en el número de teléfono, todo lo demás fue perfecto, me esperaron al llegar tarde de la hora acordada, el apartamento estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario, la situación muy buena con parada de metro y cercanía en la puerta bien comunicada.
