Beautiful, modern and charming studio in Madrid, close to Metro Station "Pinar del Rey". Located in a peaceful and highly secure area, daynight. The studio has a double bed and a sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. It is ideal for couples though can fit up to four people thanks to the sofa-bed. At a walking distance you can find green areas, a metro station, bus stops and a few grocery stores open Mo-Su. Early check-in and late check-out upon availability.

You will not have to share any space with anybody else. All yours! You can park easily and for free in the street.

There is an electronic lock so you can arrive at any time after 17:00. You will get the codes one day in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at no cost though it depends on the arrival and departure times of the rest of the guests.

The nearest metro station is Pinar del Rey, line 8 (pink). It is 10 minutes walking from the studio. -IFEMA: 2 stops -Airport: 4 stops -City Centre: 30-45 minutes with one transfer max. Bus lines are 9, 72, 87 and the night line N2: -City Centre: 30-45 minutes with one transfer max. Parking is free in the street and without enviromental restrictions. -IFEMA: 5-10 minutes -Airport: 15-20 minutes Other means: - Uber: 12-20 euros depending on your destination
