Really nice student residence. I wish they had these in Canada! Great spot. Nice location. Really helpful, friendly, and nice staff who provided excellent customer service. Huge thanks to them! Rooms are nice. Nice a/c too.

This place was great. Great value for solo travel. On the one night I stayed there was unfortunately a drunk man yelling in the hallway, but my best guess is that is a rare occurence. Otherwise, the food was good and the room had all of the basic necessities. Very convenient for a quick stopover on the way to another city. Kudos to all of the young people staying there who were very respectful and quiet even on the rooftop in the evening.

Located near a supermarket and restaurants, so I never worry about food. Vending machines are also available. It’s a short distance to Mercado de la Paz, Corte Íngles and biblioteca. One reminder is there’s no cleaning service at the weekend.

This is a student residence that offers short-term accommodation as well. As such, the apartments are spacious and have some amenities that even better hotels often do not have in the rooms, such as cutlery. My room did not have a 'do not disturb' sign for the door, and the cleaning service wanted to enter the room at unusual times quite often as a result. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, though one has to insert a whole host of personal data upon the first login to the system, which may have to do with this being accustomed to students residing there for several months and is less suited for short-term guests. Breakfast was offered extra, which was a generous gesture. Overall, even though there are some aspects that could be improved, this is a very promising accommodation format with a good location in Madrid that is also affordable and accessible.

Had a great weekend stay here w/ my gf. It's a dormitory so the vibe was cool. The room is a set-up for a student so only one bed side table - not a huge deal but nice for both people to have a place for their morning coffee. Also, the wi-fi was tricky - we were only able to connect for one day. The service was provided by the security guards - very sweet but not informed of all the amenities eg pool hours, etc. and no dish soap provided so we used the shampoo in the room to wash cups/mugs. Overall, a great stay and would return. And location was nice - tree-lined, near the bus/metro and super convenient to get to the airport.

La atención del personal desde la llegada y durante nuestra estadía fue genial. Las instalaciones limpias y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, llegamos en una habitación con 2 camas individuales. Está muy bien comunicado, muy cerca del metro Nuñez del Balboa, salida línea 5. El desayuno es bueno. En general lo recomendamos.
