This place has everything I was looking for. Nice cozy bed, a great sofa bed, kitchen, a washer/dryer plus pots & pans together with knife, fork and spoons! And the fridge isn’t a mini… it’s a proper fridge you can store any leftovers from restaurants in Madrid. The only problem was the a few stairs to get inside of the hotel but the front desk person helped me out. Celeste was all smile and super friendly. Her recommendation of cafe was awesome too. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Everyone from reception to rooftop bar were very nice and welcoming. Always available for any questions or requests. Though others comment the reception is small it is all about receiving the best customer service.

We opted to include the breakfast with our stay. What a great decision - lots of variety, including made to order eggs and crêpes. Everything was delicious and fresh. The wait staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome.

Perfect location and great room with amazing view. A lot of noise all day long due to the location. There is not a lobby. So, be ready to not be able to wait in the hotel for the check-in. It is weird that for the price you pay there is not a lobby and a better check in reception area. Were not able to provide early check in at all. The room could have been better cleaned.

The location is great. The rooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, they also let us drop off our bags before our rooms were ready. It is very noisy being off Gran Via. Lots of outside noise and sirens most of the night.

The reception area is a bit wonky, but the staff and services were on point! There was in room laundry and a small kitchenette that’s perfect for anything you may need while traveling. I was only here one night but will book again for a longer stay in the future!

Great location but that’s it. The room smelled heavily of smoke. The furniture was stained. The staff was helpful and sent up a deodorizer but the restaurant staff was rude. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent Location
Wonderful location and very comfortable apartment. Clean and never wanted for anything it is very self contained. The location is in the heart of Madrid and walking distance to everything. The team working are very good and always helpful when asking for directions. You cant go wrong renting here. Only negative and really not that bad if you are staying on the ninth floor you will hear at times the restaurant above

Fabulous location with easy access to Metro, tourist buses and all the fantastic art galleries. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Staff are lovely & very helpful. I had a couple of issues with the shower and no cold water in the bathroom basin. I asked three times for someone to resolve the problem but unfortunately nothing was done. otherwise the stay was perfect

Room was big and comfortable. Kitchen was great. Hotel location is awesome as you are close to everything. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The only inconvenient was that they offered a dryer which is not a dryer. It can be used for really light clothes, but this was not explained. We need to check out with dirty clothes and some wet clothes for taking a flight to Barcelona for then taking a cruise. This anas our only complaint.

Excellent Stay with a Minor Gripe
Hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of town. During the weekend I was there, there were revellers right outside the hotel. Despite that, my room was very quiet as it faces away from the main street. My only gripe is the situation with the lifts. The hotel has 2 lifts which are also shared by guests to the restaurant on the roof. During peak hours, the lifts could get busy, making it more troublesome to get into and out of the hotel.

Spacious, with some good and bad things
Overall the suite was spacious. The bedroom is smaller and more difficult to maneuver since there is little room near the curtain and a column in the middle of the room which was very annoying. The hallway to the room had a very overwhelming smell. Like it was cleaned and never dried and then masked with perfume. The things that were nice was the additional stick shower spray. The towel warmer was my favorite part of the suite. There was a welcome bottle of wine which was nice. The suite has a microwave, fridge and washers/dryer combo. The washer was nice to be able to use but the dryer took forever to dry. Breakfast was included which was also nice. Nothing overly fancy, coffee, tea and juice. Various cheese, salami and breads, muffins, toast and a choice of eggs cooked to order. The rooftop bar is nice, but not always open. If they close for an event you can’t go up to the rooftop terrace. The elevator is also difficult to use when there is an event. It completely skips you, we had to walk down 9 floors. Overall it was a nice stay except for the little annoyances. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient. Easily walk to many places. Convenient to grab a quick snack, go to the market or get sweets like gummies and gelato.

Smartrental collection is a apart hotel right in the middle of madrid city center. It is walkable distance to many main attractions of the madrid city. There is hope on hope off bus stand near by but if you like walking you don't need it. We stayed nine night and the apartment is modern and with fully equipped kitchen so can do your own cooking. There is carefour grocer store near by where you can buy most of your grocery need. The staff at this hotel is very nice and helpful and always willing to sort out what ever you issues. Andres at the reception help me to change my apartment cause i wanted room with city view. The reason I gave this hotel four star is that there is strang smell like sewage leak in left hand corridor of the building. This issue I read from the previous reviews also.And also the TV not working and there is no engish channel there was engish news channel but doesn't work most of time my stay. Yet I still strongly recommend this hotel due to its proximity and bussy day and night life. Will come back if I ever get chance to come to madrid
