Check in office is way too far away to not give foreigners visiting for the first time any warning or heads up especially with all the luggage people come with. And if you arrive early, don’t expect them to let you leave your bags in the room. You can pay to leave them in the office until your EXACT check in time. Hot water didn’t work for the first two days and even when it was finally fixed, cold water would randomly just spit out in the middle of showering, or if the neighbors are showering then forget your hot water completely, it’s nonexistent. And speaking of neighbors…if you enjoy sleeping in late morning/past 7am or even just want peace and quiet throughout the day…this is not the place for you. The family who lives next door has a very noisy and disruptive child which can really make or break your vacation experience. This place was not cheap for it to be full of so many inconveniences or else I’d say “you get what you paid for” but you get less than that here. The only good thing about the place is the location, it’s very conveniently located in the city.
