-Location: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. -Multitud Of shops and services in Street Oca, Calle La Laguna, and Palacio Vista Alegre. Cento Comercial Hipercor - Outlet El Corte Ingles. Pharmacies, library, health center, shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Green spaces, parks. Hospital Gómez Ulla.

Very well connected: -Station METRO 'Vista Alegre - L5' A 2 min / foot: 25 minutes by subway to SOL.
