Gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a hospedagem que reservei em Madrid. Infelizmente, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante e muito diferente do que foi anunciado.Os problemas começaram antes mesmo da nossa chegada. Após concluir a reserva, fui informado pelo anfitrião de que não poderíamos nos hospedar no apartamento porque ele seria destinado apenas a pessoas que estivessem em Madrid por motivos de saúde ou trabalho, e não para turismo. No entanto, em nenhum momento essa restrição estava informada na descrição do anúncio. Tivemos um enorme transtorno, pois já estávamos com toda a viagem planejada e passamos dias preocupados sem saber se teríamos um lugar para ficar. Foi necessário entrar em contato com a plataforma da Verbo para que a situação fosse resolvida.Infelizmente, os problemas não terminaram aí. Ao chegarmos ao apartamento, tivemos muita dificuldade para conseguir abrir a porta de entrada. Depois de deixarmos nossas malas e sairmos para jantar, quando retornamos encontramos uma grande poça de água no apartamento. Havia água no chão e também no quarto, e todos os nossos tênis e outros pertences que estavam no chão ficaram completamente molhados, causando prejuízo e um enorme transtorno.Além disso, a limpeza do apartamento estava muito abaixo do esperado. O imóvel não estava devidamente limpo quando chegamos, o que demonstra falta de cuidado com os hóspedes.Outro ponto que nos decepcionou foi que o apartamento não correspondia às foto

Alojamiento Embajadores

La ubicación esta ideal. Pero hemos pasado muchisima calor en el alojamiento incluso con calefaccion apagada. Mucho Ruido del aparato del aire. Alojamiento bonito y limpio. La atencion super bien. Gracias por todo.

Oben: stickige Luft, ohne Klima, stinkt und ist sehr heiß, kann man gar nicht schlafen und richtig atmen. Unten: ist durch das Luftgerät sehr laut, die Wohnung hat keine Fenstern.
