El piso no estaba bien cuidado ni muy limpio, sobre todo el plato de ducha. Está situado en planta baja en un edificio muy antiguo y al lado de un bar/pub/discoteca con música muy alta que sonó hasta más de las 3:00 de la mañana, imposible descansar y menos con niños. Puerta del baño con manija rota, humedad en la ducha, suelo y marcos de las puertas con mucha humedad. En general no recomendable para una familia.

A localização é ruim e o "prédio" onde o apto se encontra é horrível. O apto está mal conservado, com cheiro de mofo, o banheiro é minúsculo, mal dá para tomar banho, a pia estava entupida, não tinha lixo no banheiro, toalhas e lençóis coloridos, o que não é adequado num imóvel de aluguel. E para completar, tivemos um alagamento! Acordamos com o apto tomado por água, que não sabemos de onde veio. Não deixamos torneira ou ducha ligados, mas havia ágia pelo banheiro, um dos quartos e cozinha. Comuniquei o proprietário às 7 e pouco da manhã e ele foi responder depois das 14 h, quando já tínhamos secado tudo, usando vassouras e as toalhas de banho. Depois disso, saímos do local, fomos para um hotel, embora tivéssemos direito a mais uma noite naquele lugar horrível.
