Impressive two-bedroom design apartment completely renovated in the heart of the Malasaña neighborhood, the capital's traditional neighborhood, known for being the great witness of the "Movida Madrileña". Five minutes from Gran Vía, the artery par excellence of the Madrid cultural billboard, and only ten minutes from Chueca.
With a sublime design and fully equipped decoration, every detail has been taken care of to make your stay a resounding success.
It has a bright living room and kitchenette, this with all the necessary equipment to cover all your needs. A total of two bedrooms make up the space, all with double bed and en suite bathroom.
Next to all the points of great interest- tourist and leisure-. When you leave it, you will run into all the social bustle of the capital. Upon entering, peace and relaxation guaranteed.
The house is located on a fourth floor with elevator (this one located mezzanine).
