First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. "Everything was great here. The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. Katarina at the reception was welcoming and Nena helped us whenever we asked for room refills of coffee, toilet paper, towels. The whirlpool was the perfect temperature and the view was very pretty. "
