It was a horrible experience. Very dusty room, broken switches and bulbs. On top of that rude behaviour of the person at the reception (One Mr. Badusha). No room service, houeskeeping does not attend to calls. Pathetic service.

Disapointing

Really disapointing. The room (I had chosen deluxe with city view to get extra comfort). However, upon arrival the room had no towels, no soap, no blanket and no toilet paper. I was informed that there was no hot water. After asking a few times, I got a towel and soap. The rooftop restaurant was closed, and no food was available on the premise. The reception was completely disinterested in clients and did not respond when I greeted them with a good morning or anything else. Cityview means you look directly at another building across the street - you cannot se anything else.

Enjoyed multiple stays at Hotel Supreme, Madurai

We For three nights anf enjoyed the hospitality of the sraff, the convenience of the strategic location of the hotel to the temples, the rail station and it being siyuatef not too far from the Madurai aitport. The hotel amenities were excellent like delicious food from bteakfast yo lunch and dinner on the roof top restaurant (Surya). Theservices were excellent.

Faulty Towers

Dirty linen on the bed, leaking plumbing in the bathroom, missing light fittings with exposed wiring, no toilet paper or soap, next door to a generator or something similar that ran all night. The hotel has a restaurant but given the issues with the room I wasn't game to try it. I booked via credit card but the front desk would only accept cash. I did have enough money but they didn't have change. I'm sure that you can find a better alternative.

De ligging van het hotel is prima. Vlak bij de tempel en vlak bij het trein station. Het is allebei nog geen 15 min lopen. Verder is het hotel simpel maar prima. Schoon en netjes, wij konden zien dat ze het aan het renoveren zijn. Op de bovenste verdieping zit een simpel maar leuk top roof restaurant.

Simple, nice, comfortable

Room was a little pricey, but the staff were helpful, breakfast was decent, and the rooftop restaurant is great. Very convenient to find excellent dinner right on top the hotel. I had to check in at 4am and check out at 2am. It was a simple process thank to the staff. Would stay again!

Fantastisk vänlig och hjälpsam personal som pratade med mej och hjälpte till med att fixa bil och autoriksha på gatan och berätta vad jag borde betala. De tipsade om bra lokal marknad mm. Nära till flygplatsen och bra när mitt flyg gick mycket tidig morgon. Underbart god frukost och middagsbuffe, väl värt pengarna. Pool och gym. Skönhetssalong som jag fick 20 % rabatt i och var nöjd med massage och hårbehandling. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.
