The house can accommodate guest from 2 - 8 guests per house. Each house come with contemporary tropical decoration and are fully furnished with almost every thing one need like kitchenette and necessary dining equipment ie cutlery and plate.
The resort locates on the opposite side of the famous 13 lives cave “Tham Luang National Park, Khun Nam Nang Non.
where it is very easy for guests to travel to local point of interest while many restaurant and convenient store destined only a few minutes away.
Happyland Residence positioning with just one hour north from Chiangrai International Airport and about 7 kilometers away from the heart of the Maesai city center and boarder to Cambodian.
