"Great hotel staff including the door staff, dining team, housekeeping, security, and front desk. All worked together well and all were trained well to provide a consistent high level of service. Access to the gym across the street was useful. Glad to have stayed here. "

"Delicious, huge bi-cultural buffet for breakfast, along with made-to-order omelets. Helpful staff, and just the right location for visiting Night Bazaar and the Clock Tower music and light show. We were a private small group with a hired van, and the van was able to back right up to the hotel door for easy unloading and loading."

"They have three restaurants only one is great but it is going to cost you more then the price of your room ( only open for dinner ) other two on the ground level are so so.you can’t bring food from outside. Yes it is a beautiful resort and well kept "

"It was out-dated room a bit but in a good way for me. Something that makes you feel like traveling back in time in Chaing Rai. the GM Eric and all staffs are so kind and friendly. Their hospitality mind just out of the wolrd for this price point. I never had any breakfast with live thai traditional music before and I can see all the attention to details for creating such a nice ambience to the place. Magical ! Thank you for the experience"
