"We stayed at the cottage and it was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden was amazing with our own outdoor fireplace.
Even during loadshedding there was still light, water and wifi 😉. And every day we could play with the dogs.
The food was really amazing. The chef makes delicious dishes.
Host Annie is also the best, she knows what her guests like. You can ask her anything, nothing is impossible. We would definitely go back!"

"I travel to so many places and this place has by far been my favorite. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I recommend this property to everyone, and of of course the safari tours were better than expected with informal guides. "
"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nixon the lodge manager assisted us in taking our luggage to the room. All of the lodges are connected by a wooden walkway in the bush. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. There is a great viewing deck where you can view the wild life. We saw 6 giraffes and several impalas the morning we were checking out which was exciting!! I would definitely recommend the Panzi Lodge to others! "

Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. "I cannot express how amazing this place was. I've been all over the world, and every aspect of the AM Lodge is by far the most superior.
The unique daily game drives had our Bush Bar (best bar in South Africa, thanks to Benjamin and Penwey) interrupted by a Nyala being chased by a wild dog.
Literally chasing Lions led to our fantastic guides helping another group get out of a ditch.
Even seeing zebras and wild buffalo ended up being so hilarious, it brought tears to our eyes!

Shepherd is the definition of what a proper host looks like. We had a strange request of being shuttled to a nearby tattoo shop, and they happily obliged.
Our chefs made amazing food, with our only request being to show us the local cuisine. That kota sandwich and African buffet was exactly what we were talking about! Way to deliver!
At no point did I ever think I was anything less than royalty thanks to the amazing staff, treatment, and accomodations. I don't know how they managed to do it, but they also made it seem like me and my father were the only ones there! As if the entire safari grounds were just for us (even though, they obviously had other guests).
