The staff was friendly, the building was clean, but had I known that "limited parking" meant closer to "no parking"? I would have stayed elsewhere!

The room was good , clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a security incident where someone managed to open our room door in the middle of the night . Luckily I had my dog who I think gave the person a fright. I tried to explain to reception in the morning but no one speaks English . I then sent a follow up email in German and English which they took days to reply to and then just said the night staff needed more training . It was a very scary experience which I didn’t feel the took on board .

Quiet hotel in the residential area. Sparingly but nicely furnished in the style of the early twentieth century. A good breakfast. Free parking doesn’t offer enough places, but we found a spot on the street.

Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es gibt nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider ist das Hotel selbst schon in die Jahre gekommen (die Betten sind durchgelegen, die Wasserhähne lassen sich schwer bedienen/einstellen, ein Lichtschalter lässt gleich 3 Leuchter angehen, einzeln lassen sie sich nicht einschalten). Es ist jedoch sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Zi.50 Wasserhahn-Hebel fällt in Mittelstellung selbst runter, damit Wasserfluss unterbrochen, dies sollte jeder Putzfrau auffallen. Fenster lässt sich schwer öffnen! Bei WC- Spülung spritzt Wasser bis auf die WC-Brille, wenn man den WC-Deckel nicht schließt. Außer Äpfel gab es kein frisches Obst zum Frühstück, Melonen, Beeren o. Ananas wäre schön gewesen. Ein Kleiderschrank wäre praktisch gewesen, statt eines luftig offenen Holzregals.

Leider war mein zugewiesenen Zimmer direkt beim Aufzug, was sich durch die Metallseile des Aufzug unangenehm auf die Geräusche im Zimmer auswirkt. Des Weiteren muss man für den Zimmerservice Abstriche machen, da die nur auf Wunsch stattzufindende Reinigung leider gar nicht stattgefunden hat. Da musste ich nochmal nachhaken... Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption und beim Frühstück.
