On the main level, indulge in luxury with the regal king master in bedroom 1 and the cozy queen suite in bedroom 2. Venture upstairs to explore bedrooms 3 to 5, each brimming with charm—two inviting queen beds in bedroom 3 and full-bottomed bunk beds in bedrooms 4 and 5, perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

This enchanting sanctuary caters to all ages, boasting a dedicated kids' game room with toys and books galore. The living room beckons relaxation with its gas fireplace, large TV, and stellar sound system, while the fully stocked kitchen sets the stage for culinary adventures and intimate gatherings. Descend to the basement for a paradise of entertainment—a game room filled with ping pong, pool, Pac-Man, a poker table, tons of board games, and another expansive TV for endless fun.

Step outside to embrace nature on the wrap-around porch with a propane grill and comfy outdoor furniture. The fenced yard hosts a fire pit for starlit storytelling and a playground for endless joy. And nestled beneath the porch, discover your serene sanctuary in the covered hot tub, offering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Nestled close to Maggie Valley, mere minutes from Cataloochee Ski Resort, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountain adventures, Family Mountain Paradise isn't just a name—it's an immersive experience. Every corner invites you to craft treasured memories and savor the mountain's beauty.
No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
This home is not pet friendly. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.

Weekend in Maggie Valley

We had a wonderful time skiing and tubing in Maggie Valley, and loved the homes close proximity to everything. Kitchen is well stocked, and a large dining room table is lovely. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed if there is snow or ice, we had difficulty getting to the home. Due to temps under freezing, we were unable to use the amenities in the garage or the game room off garage.

Highly Recommend

This house was everything described and more. The dining area was large enough to seat all 12 of us without feeling crowded, and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved the fact that everyone could have their own space when needed. The wrap around deck was ideal for grilling out and just spending time outside. The hostess even checked on us the first morning to make sure we all had a comfortable first night and to see if anything was needed. I would highly recommend this house.

October family trip

My family travels to the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area each fall. This home welcomed us to laugh, cook meals, play games, relax, and escape the recent hurricane damage we had incurred at home. It was truly a refuge in the storm.
