"This property was much better than expected. Not something you’d expect in the medical district but a pleasant surprise. There was a strong odor on the floor I was staying on but once inside the room it was no issue. My room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Shiv was an excellent help! The valet is also very convenient and I loved being able to text them when I needed my car. Amazing 1st time experience."

"Small rooms , uncomfortable beds by no means a 4 star hotel . Lobby is nice but really needs an update .bath is tiny . Not good Staff was really friendly. In not cheap either "

"Dirty, worn room. Faeces on bathroom walls and hairs on mattress. Floor dirty/dusty. Coffee maker in room not fit for use; producing foul contaminated water. Curtains ripped with holes. Smell of marijuana throughout corridors. Staff very unfriendly, even heard arguing behind reception desk. Didn’t raise their heads or look at us during check in. Felt very unwelcome. Staff also Unprofessionally dressed and smoking outside front entrance. Pool area was a joke. Few broken chairs / loungers. Drug paraphernalia strewn around floor. Pool water dirty with flies / debris. No restaurant available for evening meal, even though advertised. Coffee machine out of order. Unavailable food advertised on lift posters. Very very minimalist breakfast. Help yourself to polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery!! Expected to eat breakfast on dirty tables which haven’t been cleaned since being used by guests to eat takeaway the night before. Was so bad we left a day early. Worst hotel ever stayed in!!! Please avoid at all costs."

"This is a....functional...hotel. There is nothing special or stand-out about it. There were stains on the bed skirt, stains on the ottoman fabric. The spout for the tub was loose from the wall. That said.... there was art on the walls, the AC worked well and the staff was nice. "

"It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee. "
