At first, when we arrived, the check in process worked well. Then the communication was appreciated since the host asked whether we were ok and if we had difficulty to enter. The kitchen was big enough and fairly equiped, the bathroom missed some towels and papertowels bit nothing crazy. We verified the cleanless of sheets and we found hairs on them. The view was great. The location was soundproof and well located. Unfortunately, the trip was spoiled fours days after our stay. They sent us a picture with a burnt kitchen cabinet. The accused us of to have burn the cabinet kitchen. It did not make sense as we didnt put any hot things in that cabinet. It was the cabinet that contains trash basket. When we left, we ensured that all the host requirements were done (take of the sheets of the bedroom, put the towels in the bath and so on). We took pictures of the interior just before we left, to have proof that the requirements were done. And now the host ask us to pay back there cabinet door. Strangely, they decided to discuss with us via my personal phone number and not directly on Vrbo. We understand that they asked if we burnt the cabinet, however they did not believed us. It could be its maintenance team our another renter that burnt the cabinet but the host want to put that on us.
