"We love staying at the Gwandalan house. We found this little gem after having a bad experience at the Ariana. The staff is amazing and the rooms are nice as well as clean. I stay here every 2-3 months and usually several times throughout the month when we need to go to Dipolog."

I made an oversease call to the property to ensure the booking and she her customer service is good. The room is spacious and clean. MY daughter had a restful sleep during her stay. "When i checked into the hotel it seemed ok. But as soon as i saw the room it was the size of a closet. And when i sat on the bed it broke. The bed mattress was avout 2 inches thick. I was given a second room but had already decided to leave. I paid in advance for a week and no refund was given"
