"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"Do not book this hotel. Pictures on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is in very bad shape. This hotel is falsely overrated on Expedia. Horrible room condition. Found bugs and cockroaches. No heater or hot water in bathroom. Very noisy and worst linens."

"This is the best place to stay in Mussoorie. Stop looking for other places, this is it. The views are jaw dropping and on clear days, the snow peaks are visible in the distance. The staff are attentive and honest and will set up transport to and from airport and they will also get you up with a Scooty if you want a daily rental. They are knowledgeable and will make it their job to see you happy. This is the ONLY place in Mussoorie that we will stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality."

"It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average."

"I stayed at country inn mussorie for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff and hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a short stay. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality of the team – they went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Moshams to anyone looking for a warm, friendly place to stay!"
