Please note our apartment is fully licensed by the Department of Tourism and the Public Health Authority (PHA) for renting out to guests.
Consequently all Health Authority recomended Hygiene and Cleaning protocols are followed by our experienced Cleaning Management Company.

Ideally located on Eden Island in one of the quieter most mature areas, this luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island.
A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony.
The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda.
The apartment is less than a five minute buggy ride from all the Eden Island restaurants, a two minute walk to the pool, and only a 3 minute buggy ride to any of the 3 best beaches.

We have full very efficient air conditioning in all rooms and also 2 large outside balcony fans for your comfort.

On arrival you would be given our electric buggy and then escorted to the apartment.

Please note that our rental is coordinated through Eden Island staff ensuring the highest standards and support services throughout your stay with us.

In addition the owner is available to contact via WhatsApp at any time 7 days a week should you require further assistance.

We can also help recommend airport transfers, car hire, Island Hoping, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc and are happy to answer any other questions you may have as we offer a personnel service.

The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands.

Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away

Great base to explore and relax
As part of an extended trip, we enjoyed Peter’s condo very much. We spent our time with long morning swims, workouts in the gym, and then exploring Mahe. the condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The community is lovely, and well planned. Overall it was a great value, and Peter was very helpful in helping us navigating entry requirements.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Everywhere you looked in the Seychelles and on Eden’s island felt like it was straight out of the pictures of a calendar. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and I would recommend it to others for sure.

Beautiful Eden Island Apartment
We just returned from a 2 week stay at Peter Jackson's lovely 2 bedroom apartment on Eden Island. The apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality decor and furniture beyond the norm for other apartments in Eden Island we have seen. Check in was smooth and the property manager quickly oriented us to the apartment and dealt with some small problems that arose. All the appliances were in good working order. Cleaning was provided 2x a week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return again.

Gorgeous apartment!
Peter's is a great host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Peter provided all necessary documents and information to insure a smooth and easy check-in and check out experience. We were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. We can say that everything was really perfect. The interior, the infrastructure, the leisure activities and the shopping facilities fully met our expectations. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well secured. Important for us: there are four sheltered, quiet and clean beaches that allow safe swimming. Last, we were pleased that the whole apartment has been renovated and the Internet access was much better. We would likeWe were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks.
