"Отличный отель, очень приветливый персонал, чистые комнаты, убирают каждый день. Вкусная еда, разнообразная. Отлично организовано питание, завтрак обед ужин в ресторане, а так же в баре на пляже есть полдник и в баре у бассейна ближе к вечеру и ночью. В баре у ресепшена можно тоже брать напитки, турецкий чай и приятно провести время за столиком в саду. Много цветов и зелени, ночью обалденный запах. Чистое голубое море, отличный пляж, лежаки бесплатные. Всё, что нужно для отдыха!)"

"Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey. Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

"While the hotel itself is nice, it’s lacking features are available activities for off season. There was little to no evening entertainment, there was evening entertainment for only 2 nights out of the 7. Also, indoor pools should be heated! Especially in off season. Asked two members of staff as to why it’s cold and if we could get it warm but they replied with “I don’t know.” Both indoor and outdoor pools were freezing!! Some members of staff are alright whereas some have a stroppy face...

There is a wide range of food products to choose from, the only issue I encountered was the high waves at the beach, if you are good swimmer shouldnt be a problem. the room had a good view and the sound of waves at night was just amazing. "I absolutely love coming to Bera hotel this was my 5th visit. Everything is in the hotel that you could think of. The family pool is so good. Iram,Aya,Mustafa and Zubeyda arw so helpful. Any problem and there would sort it out straight away. I highly recommend this hotel. I am looking forward to coming next year again with more family inshallah. "
