They maintained the building modern and clean. The room was surprisingly clean and not clustered like other similar chains. The staffs were super nice and welcoming.

When I first entered the room, it smelled very pleasant. The room was also very cold. Put the heater on and went out for a few hours. Came back and the room had a very foul smell. Too late to ask for a room change. Lowered the heat smell dissipated a little bit, but still unpleasant. When checking out the staff asked how the heat was, I knew right away they were aware there was a problem in the room and rented it to me anyway. In addition, there was a broken glass lampshade and the bathroom was missing a base wall tile. I went with friends, who had a room down the hall from me, they did not experience the same stay I did. I think if the staff knew the room had an issue, they should’ve corrected it before renting it.

The only downside to staying here was the tavern next door. The music was so loud until 12-1230am and I was unable to sleep.

Room without a view
Room was nice. But room had absolutely no view except out window to air-conditioning units. Very disappointed and upset about that room view.

A little pricey, but OK for a quick trip.
Front desk associate was super friendly and the check-in was quick and easy. The room was fine, but smelled very musty like maybe there was water damage at some point? The room was clean, although we did find and kill a stink bug. The bathroom was clean, but small. Overall it was fine for two nights. The location was very convenient.

Friday night stay and the band playing in the club across the parking lot was load in our front facing room. Recommend on weekends quests ask for room on the backside of the hotel or spend the evening at the club.

Quick overnight - great stay
The first room we were given had an issue where the previous occupant smoked in it when they weren't supposed to. They were trying to air it out, but it wasn't ready. The room we ended up in was very clean and comfortable. They were quite accommodating and we were grateful that they found another room for us.

Great staying
We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and accomotws my dairy free needs. I wish we could have some dairy free yogurt but I understand not having it. Some gluten free options would be very helpful as well. The gym is great and the pool is nice. We wish it was a heated pool because it does get cold even been indoors. We highly recommend and we are coming back next year. Best price around!

The door to the room did not close tightly, so it could be pushed open easily. We didnt discover this immediately because the door was so heavy and it appeared to close tightly. The hallway carpet was stained. Bathtub had some sort of residue from a previous slip guard, I hope! The water pressure would reduce to a trickle at times and i could barely shower. I mentioned it to the front desk person and he just said to let them know if it happened again. So the next few days the trickle changed to the power of a sprinkler but i could shower.

They have shampoo and body wash mounted to the wall of the bath tub. It sort of is in the way when you shower. Breakfast could have been better.

Had the ammenities we needed ... indoor pool for rainy day entertainment for our daughter, nice trails at scarlet oak pond nearby as well as easy access to harriman state park beaches... free breakfast was better than most lots of options, studio suite offered ample room and was clean... internet was buggy at times would be only complaint... easy access to legoland and we enjoyed an indoor play space in Nanuet on a rainy day...

This was just a girls' trip for a weekend. Turned out to be the best experience we've had at a hotel. The pool is much smaller than expected but we still enjoyed it. Overall, great experience.
