"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

"The unit itself is very nice, 3 bedrooms in 2 levels, with a garage in the ground floor. Unit was clean and well appointed. Only issue was a steep claim up a narrow set of stairs, which is a bit challenging with bulky luggage Distance to Barcelona is between 30-45 min, depending on traffic Terrassa itself is a nice area with a lot of bakeries and restaurants around the area where the apartment is located"

"This is an amazing gem of a hotel. Karine showed us to our room & around the hotel, which is beautiful and which has a breakfast room with gourmet snacks available to guests. She suggested hikes for us and advised us that because it was a holiday the restaurants would be closed for dinner. She suggested some restaurants to us and made us a lunch reservation where we ate the most delicious meal. After our visit to Montserrat Karine built us a fire so we could relax in one of the beautiful and comfortable guest spaces. The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious & had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. So glad we chose this hotel."

"The staff was amazing, once I checked in the young lady welcomed me and gave me great recommendations of what to go see during my stay. She was exceptional, extremely courteous and very Friendly. The room was always spotless when I asked for it to be cleaned. Food was great, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I know they’d be my first choice when I go back for an other trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling to stay here many towns they can explore all around and fairly close in proximity to everything if you’d want to sight see. "

However, it is not suitable for a family trip as the bathroom is not covered with any walls and is just out in the open - could be considered as uncomfortable if staying with family. "The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! If you get the chance, eat at the BO2 restaurant...its a 2 min walk from the rooms, and incredibly good fixed price menu. Monserrat is only a 17 min drive from there, and the BCN/El Prat airport is about a 35 min drivetoo! Id definitely stay here again. Well done!"
