"The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). Very close to transit which makes the cost 100% worth it. Paying extra for towels and not having any hand soap available was a little strange, but we made it work. "

"The hotel was convenient for an early flight from Heathrow Airport, which was the main advantage. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The restaurant was also disappointing—the food was not good at all. Overall, acceptable for a short airport stay, but I would not choose it again for comfort or dining."
