The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine and filter coffee maker, making meal prep easy. For your comfort, the house offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating in all rooms, a TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The home is step-free, with private high chair, baby cot, and shared toys and books for children available.
Enjoy your private terraces, both covered and open, ideal for relaxing outdoors with your private barbecue. The shared garden provides extra space to unwind, and you can cool off in the outdoor shower. The shared outdoor pool, heated in summer by a solar system, is unavailable in winter. Please note the pool is secured by an alarm but not fenced.
You’ll have access to 3 shared parking spaces on site. Table tennis and shared fitness equipment are available for your leisure. Events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
