"We enjoyed the bright, light open living/kitchen/family space. Check in and arrival procedures were clear and easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden space and size was enjoyable in the middle of a neighborhood. Most of all we appreciated the location-there is a park, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We even walked all the way into town which is easily done with sidewalk access the entire way. Another huge plus was the great communication and the quick response via message and action to addressing a shower drain issue we had. Would happily book this location again when in Sebastopol. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Sebastopol. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and well appointed - comparable to a suite in a nice hotel. There is good access, parking and a great location. Everything worked perfectly. The only issue is that entry to the room is via a spiral stair case that would be difficult for some people with disabilities. "

"The information about the property was inaccurate. The owner was not available when we got there and didn’t get back to us about the lack of beds until the middle of the night. Then he claimed he wasn’t paid in a rude manner. He was paid through the app. He then was threatening about accessing part of the property with the same address although his family also tried contacting owner with no luck. "

"The house is very nice, clean and roomy. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. The property is beautiful. It is surrounded by a vineyard. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaints are that the wifi didn’t work well, but that really wasn’t too much of a big deal for us and the walkway and stairs leading up to the front entrance are paved with stone that is very uneven. I could see it being a tripping hazard, especially if someone has mobility issues. There is an entrance around the back with a nice flat sidewalk, but to initially get in the house you have to use the front door. I still give the house a 5 Star Review. It is a great place to stay. "
