"This hotel lived up to all our expectations. The outside of the building was beautiful. From the valet parking to the posh looking lobby, I knew it was going to be an excellent place to stay. Check in was worry free and our room was spacious and comfy. The pool was the icing on the cake. Such a nice place to relax and get some sun. We will be back."

"I will say that the place was nice, but it was WAY overpriced for what it was. There really wasn’t anything special about it. The room was large, which was nice, but overall, I definitely expected more for **$230 a night**. Check-in isn’t until **4:00 PM**, and you have to be out by **11:00 AM**. We arrived early, and there was no one there to speak with about possibly getting into the room early. I even texted the number they provided and never received a response. Then there was the parking pass. 😂 They give you a laminated piece of paper, probably about 8.5 x 3 inches, to put in your window. On the back, it tells you that it has to be returned to the room when you leave. And the best part? If you don’t return it, they charge you **$100**. Yes… $100 for a laminated piece of paper. For $230, a 4:00 PM check-in, an 11:00 AM check-out, no one available to speak with, and a potential $100 charge for a laminated parking pass, I just don’t see the value. It was nice and the room was spacious, but definitely not worth what we paid."
