"The staff of this independently owned property was incredible; everyone from the breakfast staff to the bartender, maintenance staff, and front desk were kind and incredibly helpful. The courtyard pool was great as well, and the balcony overlooking the courtyard was a great place to get morning sun while drinking my coffee. The only negative of this property is that it is located next to a somewhat questionable area/building; however, there is secured parking and front desk staff shared they have armed security at night. I never felt unsafe in any way, just be aware that it's not the absolute best area."

"Great location. Walk to nearby bars and restaurants and some shopping. Nice bar inside the hotel. We were there for the Tomato Art Festival and it was right in the middle of it. Very convenient."
