"Located on U of Maine campus. So convenient for campus activities, athletics, etc. Close to downtown Orono and Old Town. Ten minutes to downtown Bangor. Boutique Hotel is spotless. Staff is professional, courteous, and accommodating. A great find. Reasonably priced. "

"The room was lovely, and very affordable. Even in travel seasons like October. The couple who runs it are very sweet and the room had a very homey feel with a kitchenette and even clean mugs, dishes, silverware, and a teapot. You get a medium fridge, microwave, found a toaster, etc. it was a lifesaver when other lesser rated hotels were charging double the rate with less charm anyways"

"Registering was a snap and room was clean and comfortable. There aren’t any ISB ports but the front desk had a cube for me to use. The continental breakfast was just fine. I had forgotten a couple items when we checked out and was called but we were too far away to retrieve but I appreciated the thought. "
