"The Point is a quintessential Maine cottage. Complete with a charming sleeping porch! Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need, and we enjoyed using the grill provided. Beautiful views, the perfect restful vacation spot we were looking for! Amanda and Thomas are great hosts, readily available but not intrusive at all. I couldn’t recommend more."

"The property was spotless on arrival. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Views of the lake from the house were spectacular. Host was welcoming and attentive. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Maine."

"This is our 4th year renting and as usual we had a great time. The house is very clean and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is that every year the lake water level has been lower and what was a beautiful sandy bottom has now become very mucky. We suggest wearing water shoes. We love the kayaks and paddle boards but would suggest getting a rowboat for fishing. We enjoy eating in the outside dining area however it is hard when it's storming, so we ate inside but it was difficult there is only 3 dining chairs, and we had 4 people, so we had to use a beach chair inside. We loved the TVs in the bedrooms this year! We LOVE Maine and will continue to rent here!!!"

"Location was great. Lake was fairly quiet with not much boat traffic making it easy to kayak and paddleboard. Kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, condiments. Master bed and bath seemed recently renovated. The camp in general needs a little work. Close to 3 golf courses and grocery store."

"Beautiful little Sebago Lake front home! It was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious. They provided so much, a lot more than other places we have stayed. Be sure to book a year of more ahead of time because it goes fast it is that amazing!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was wonderful! Plenty of space, good seating indoors and out, beautiful waterfront. Kids had a blast running and jumping off the dock. The kitchen had all the plates, pots, utensils, etc. we needed. The folks at Krainin were great to work with. The owners were nicely accommodating.Close to The Good Life for quick supplies, and the Mosquito for ice cream, as well as Hannaford for the big shopping.Highly recommend...except for the week we want. 😂"
