Casa por los caminos del vino; situada en un complejo privado en Coquimbito, Maipú a solo 15 km de la ciudad de Mendoza por ruta directo, ofrece un jardín, una pileta privada , aire acondicionado, zona de parrilla, wife gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito.

La casa está a 22,33 km del aeropuerto Gabrielli y en los caminos del vino de Coquimbito con varias atracciones de bodegas para conocer y visitar.
La misma se situa en la calle del museo del vino de la Bodega La Rural, Museo del vino San Felipe, a tan solo 5 minutos caminando. Se encuentra a 2 km de Bodega Pedro Cecchin y a 3 km de la Bodega López.
