The new apartments were close to local entertainment with lots of good dining opportunities. The free parking was easy to access, safe and secure. Staff were all helpful, efficient and eager to maintain a high standard of presentation, safety and customer satisfaction. The stay was comfortable and not impacted by the proximity to the rail line or the nearby redevelopment construction works. I would be happy to seek further accommodation from this provider.

This new apartment has secure parking, a bathroom suitable for those with disability and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. An excellent hotel with bistro is across the road and an excellent coffee shop around the corner plus a grocery store. Couldn't fault this choice of accomodation.

The apartment is well presented but more suited to single business visitors not tourist couples. storage space is limited in bedroom for 2 people on an extended stay. Kitchen suits quick meal needs only.

This was the first time I've used an electronic hotel (no staff). The instructions were clear & worked perfectly. The room was large & bed mattress was really good. Unfortunately the bed sheet was too small & wouldn't tuck under the mattress. So every time you roll or move the sheet moves under you until it's all bunched up. Not great.

Loved the ‘person less’ property. This won’t be for all but worked for this introvert! It was simple to access the building and I felt very secure. I had a question prior to check in so I rang the number and was helped efficiently and warmly. Apartment absolutely spotless, quiet location. Basic toiletries so BYO if you care about that (I do). I’ll stay again.

Hi Matti, we apologise for upgrading you to our larger studio that contains a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top and dishwasher. We thought by placing you in this unit would be better suited for your stay as you were originally booked in a standard studio that only contains a kitchenette which you wouldn't have been able to cook in. Again, we apologise and Thank you for booking with us!

As there wasn’t an on-site reception you do need to send a list of guest names/mobile numbers as well as the a copy of the licence and credit card of the primary guest. Once that is done you are issued a secure access code. The process worked great.

Loved that this was a new hotel. All amenities provided, so felt like home. Very comfortable bed. Lovely balcony. Close to the hotel and other restaurants within walking distance. Will stay here again in future.

The place was expansive, really clean and well set out. Amenities close by and it is a nice walk to East Maitland shops. Great value for money I thought and I wish I spent more than one night!
