"My house burned down and my daughter, dog and I went and stayed there for 1 night. We wanted to book a second night but the new staff that was on would not take a credit card over the phone with a deposit and ID. All of my possessions including my wallet was burned. The overnight worker was great and helpful, the morning staff was awful, accused me of trying to scam the hotel, and the did not want to give me q receipt."
