"Wonderful place with a superb sea view. The AC was on when we arrived which was really nice! The instructions for check in was good but read them well as it is not intuitive and the distance up and down is a bit long if you forget the key at the entrance. The pool is at the opposite end og the complex then the appartment and closes at 19h. The village is small and the distance to restaurants a bit long by walking downhill. But all-in-all a good place to spend the night."

There is no way to get to a train or bus from there. But it is absolutely beautiful!!"

"This place is a slice of heaven. The water, with a lovely beach, is about a two minute walk away. The beach is excellent. Very private. The house is well appointed, and the views are amazing. Benoit was very cordial and very helpful at check-in. There are train tracks next to the home, but they are electric trains so they are relatively quite and take about five seconds to pass. Didn’t bother us at all. They stop running around 10:45pm and don’t start til around 6:00am. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a won’t hesitate to book again. Loved it!You have to park up on the road above (the spot is reserved), so there is about a 7 minute walk down to a very cool private bridge. It’s so secluded! To lighten the load at our departure, we started bringing items up three days prior to leaving. It’d be wise to do the same. It is a workout! Thank you, Benoit!"

"The host was very attentive. The property was difficult to locate initially, but the video from the host was helpful. The property is very close to Monaco. It is not far from Nice. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the Nice airport to the property. Plage Saint-Laurent is a nearby beach we visited. I drove the roads in the French Riviera when I was in my 20s. Now that I'm in my 50s, I found the tight turns and narrow roads more challenging to negotiate."
