Great choices of items for breakfast. Recommend to pay RM10/stay for the premium parking on level 3A. Bathroom in are not very clean. Alot of soap residue/stains all around. Pretty convenient to walk to Jonker Street. There is nothing much at Shore Mall, which is attached to the hotel.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel's location is outstanding, being just a short walk from the riverfront. The room is spacious and clean, and parking is convenient and secure. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a generous selection of options.

Worth the money

Stay was nice. We got a executive king room on the 29th floor. Breakfast was a small spread that kept repeating over the days so we got tired of it after a day. Location wise was not bad for the fact that it was a shopping mall on the first floor, with a few eateries and convenience stores 5mins away.

It was advertised as tennis court but its only half of it, strictly its only a tennis wall. The hotel room was big and spacious, do not feel cram.

Pleasantly surprised

Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂

We stayed for 2 nights at Swiss-Garden. We are pleased with the hotel overall, customer service are very good, however, the only setback is its noise (loud morning prayer at 5 am) that woke us up every morning without fail. This is a negative impression that would not be pleasant to tourists.

Extra towels are chargeable. Not a big deal but if u are travelling with kids and they only provide 2 towels per room, its a bit morale killer to pay for extra towels. Also, breakfast can be more variety. Other than that, location is great and staff are friendly.

Pillow case not being changed

We check in quite late during CNY vacation and last min choose Swiss Garden to have a good sleep after whole day tiring hanging out, our room is twin bed room, one of the bed when we want to sleep and flip over the pillow, the pillow is dirty with dark spot, and many long hairs. Disspointed to see 4 star hotel with this type of cleaniness. At the end, two of us sleep in another bed as we noticed that quite late on 11.30pm,dont feel the right time to call housekeeping and change room. And, front desk during evening time need to enhance training as dont feel friendly at all during check in time. Others concierge and restaurant staff service is good and friendly and attendive.

Everything about the hotel was average. The hotel's best days were clearly over as is it's obvious decline through lack of care and maintenance. TV was faulty and had to be replaced, pool area and deck chairs were dirty. The adjoining shopping mall was just sad and in an even faster state of decline.
