Run down room, bad odor and no housekeeping.

The room had a musty, old, and dusty odor, as if it had been left unattended for a long time created an unpleasant smell, making it hard to breathe. The Wi-Fi was technically connected but had no internet access, and despite contacting customer service, the issue remained unresolved throughout the two-day stay. There was no bottled water provided in the room, and the swimming and play areas were overcrowded and poorly maintained, with detached tiles and many of the water play features not functioning. Parking wasn't included, so I had to pay per entry. In addition, you are force to pay upfront deposit after booking with hotel.com before you can check in. Clear your own rubbish during checkout or else prepare get charged again.
