First time staying here, the auto-check in procedure was totally new to me but worked perfectly (just click on the "open door" link buttons in the confirmation email and hey presto the doors click open. Room was small but very clean and comfortable bed. Only complaint was no towels in my room and no staff to ask, otherwise all good, great central location and will definitely stay here again if price is as good

The location was excellent, however not having a physical room key was a little inconvenient. We had to purchase our own hand soap and toilet paper. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working, however a fan was provided and it did slightly cool the room down. All in all, you get what you pay for.

My stay at A&Z Frailes
No support provided as uts a self service hotel. Never seen any staff at the property and check in and out all done remotely and all messages sent in Spanish. Please English speakers, thus is not your place. I sent a message asking them to communicate in English without success. I was lucky to meet a guy at the entrance who helped me with translation otherwise I wouldn't be able to check in. Need a staff at the property to support people.

My room was filthy and had bugs all over the walls s d hair in the bed. I couldn’t get in contact with anyone and had to call Expedia to change hotels shortly after I arrived.

The room was tiny, which wasn't the main issue - but the bathroom layout made staying in that room impossible. The bathroom was narrow and the toilet faced a wall such that IF you were to sit on it your knees would be crushed. ALSO the toilet was in front of the shower such that you would have to steop OVER the toilet to get out. We check-in and checked-out within an hour - we never slept in the room and left for another accommodation elsewhere.

was a really bad experience, I almost sleep on st
I was supposed to check-in from 3.00 pm to anytime but there were nobody to receive us, the door was closed. Theoretically, I am supposed to have several numbers of 10 digits which they were supposed to send to me. Anyway, I was trying to get in touch with the owners, calling the door, by calls, by email and nobody care about that service. I wasted around 3 hours trying to contact someone but no one answered l. not even the hotel.com help center could do anything about it.

It's simplycheap, not price worthy/considerable.
3.foor room nr L, single room. Single spring bed was old and catastrophic. AC wasn't working properly. Between WC's front and wall was ca 10-12 cm. No wc brush or soap. No fresh air possibility co sidering window was looking to the stairs

Avoid. Even free is not worth the money
Avoid, this is a sad excuse for a hotel. A bench in the park would be a better choice. According to them, one should get check in information 3 days before. Nope, had to contact them to get a mail with introductions. Which didn't work. At the "hotel" entrance I've met other guests who also couldn't get in. Apparently one needs to call the support and they will send another email with another way of getting in, which works this time... Room is very small, I booked double, but the bed was for one small person, got one towel, so I'm not sure if it was double... There is no ventilation in the room apart from AC, so one can choose either stuffy feeling during the night or the noise from AC. Which might be better as there is no noise isolation, so every time someone opens the main door (beep beep beep) or walks the stairs - you wake up. In this place I would like to say hi to two very talkative french girls from the next room - thankfully I don't know their language, otherwise I would know what they were so passionate about. Wi-Fi maybe works, but both my phones were not able to connect - password was ok, some vogue "error in configuration" happened. Oh, the best part is, that there is no window. In "normal" hotels they include that info in description. Not here. That apparently expect you to believe that some small thingy from the corridor is a window. Erich has to be covered all the time as almost all other guests will peek through it while getting to their rooms.

Three night stay in Malaga
The room was pretty small which would have been okay however there was a lack of any storage so room was very difficult to keep tidy. The sheet for our bed was too small and kept coming off and we’d wake up lying on the mattress which is not clean. The toilet door was a sliding door which did not fully close and we had to sit sideways on the toilet. There was also no towel or mat to stand on getting in/out of the shower which meant it was impossible not to get the small bathroom floor area wet which left the room feeling damp.

Great location
Really great location, easy and interesting online check in, clean. We got quite small bed for two ppl, that was a bit uncomfortable. Small sheets were so annoying as during the night it will be completely taken off from mattress, so most of the night we would sleep on bare mattress. Security of the room was horible, cause we could open locked door with a bit harder push. But all halls were covered with cameras. Small bathroom was not a problem, but with no privacy, as it has sliding door with no noise deduction.

The door wasn’t very secure and could simply be pushed open. Also the bed sheets were paper thin and wouldn’t stay on the mattress, so you were essentially sleeping on an unprotected mattress. Other then that it’s not a bad property it’s in a good location,it’s cheap , you get what you pay for.

No volvería , no tiene recepción, no tiene ascensores, tiene unas escaleras para subir los pitufos , en la habitación no tiene ( nevera , cama pequeña y muy incómoda, no tiene para dejar la ropa , tienes que dejarla en el suelo en la maleta, las sábanas son pequeñas para la cama, no tiene televisor)

Boendet var väldigt enkelt, den digitala incheckningen som var på spanska var katastrofal! Att bära upp våra resväskor uppför branta smala trappor med höga trappsteg var nästan en omöjlighet. Nödutgångar och instruktion för brand saknades helt. Kan nämnas att det var gångavstånd till matbutiker, restauranger och old town

Dårlig kommunikasjon og info + mugg på bad.
Veldig dårlig og forvirrende info fra hotellet. Kun på spansk selv om jeg hadde bedt om info på engelsk. Hadde jeg ikke fått hjelp til oversettelse så hadde jeg ikke kommet inn på hotellet. Ellers sentralt beliggende. Standard i veldig nedre sjikt, spesielt bad var dårlig med kraftig mugglukt og trangt (og litt ekkelt). Vil ikke anbefale mer enn max 2 netter der, mest pga hygiene med bad.

Forferdelig tungvint. Totalt 4-5 mail, kun på spansk, Der du måtte legge inn masse info og trykker du på feil knapp kanselerer du oppholdet og mister rommet. Utrolig trangt bad. Måtte sitte på tvers på toalettet. Kun barn har plass til å sitte rett. Døren inn til dusjen er så trang at overvektige sansynligvis ikke kommer inn. Ingen branndeteksjon i rommet. Er du over 1,5 meter må du nesten ned på kne for å komme opp trappen. På bekreftelsen står det etasje og en bokstav. På dørene står et nummer. Måtte trykke på knappen i mailen og lytte etter hvilken dør som sa klikk. Bokstaven sto på innsiden av døren!!! Bortsett fra det så var beliggenheten utmerket og rommet rent og komfortabelt.

Ni estaba limpio, ni tenía una recepción para cualquier necesidad, ni el colchón fue cómodo, ni ecológico, ya que la luz del cuarto de baño era con sensor y no se apagaba.
El colchón se hundía
La bajera del colchón era pequeña y se salía constantemente, por lo que amanecías con la cara en estas manchas
El suelo era de vinilo y estaba muy mal puesto, había trozos levantados y bultos en el suelo.

Das ist eine reine abzocke dieses hotel hat rein garnichts mit einem hotel zu tun. Ich rate jedem davon ab dahin zu gehen. Alles war schmutzig wir haben direkt ein anderes hotel gebucht. Die toilette war astrein montiert das man nichtmal richtig draufsitzen konnte. Und eine strasse weiter war eine gefährliche strasse die uns einheimische davon abgeraten haben zu durchqueren. Fazit von dem ganzen dieses sogenannte gefängnis sollte man aus ebookers entfernen und nicht mehr anzeigen lassen!

Betrug !!!! Habe das Zimmer im voraus bezahlt. Dann kam eine Aufforderung per e-mail, ich solle meine Kreditkartennummer nochmals eingeben wegen einer Kaution. Die Kreditkarte war dann angeblich nicht gültig, dabei bezahle ich ständig damit und der Vergügungsrahmen ist auch hoch genug. Habe also keinen Schlüssel-Code bekommen und musste mir eine andere Bleibe suchen. Das Geld fürs Zimmer war futsch.

Super básico y económico.
Nosotros no tuvimos problema psra acceder pero otras 3 parejas tuvieron muchos problemas con el correo de acceso. El colchón estaba muy sucio, viejo y deformado. Dormimos muy mal, muy incómodos. Por el precio que pagas no me esperaba mas. El acceso al segundo piso no cumple ninguna medida de accesibilidad.

Buiten dat er handdoeken waren valt er weinig goed te vertellen! Levensgevaarlijke trappen geen rookmelders in de kamer en geen uitweg moest er ooit brand zijn! Geen ruimte in de kamer, je kon amper zitten op dé bedrand! Geen ruimte op het toilet, onmogelijk om te gaan zitten!! Muren die van papier lijken te zijn zodat je alles hoort wat er naast je gebeurd! De buurt ken ik goed, ik heb er vier jaar gewoond. Voor mensen die er nog nooit geweest zijn moet het een rare ervaring zijn. Het is een achterbuurt van het oude centrum van Malaga op nog geen vijftig meter van de buurt Cruz verde, een buurt waar de politie bijna niet durft te komen. Heb een klacht ingediend bij de brandweer want dat loopt ooit eens mis!!!
