Indulge yourself in this stunning holiday home nestled in the heart of Malaga's historic centre.
This completely refurbished penthouse, filled with plenty of natural light, courtesy of large windows, is located on Calle Alamos, steps away from the Cervantes theatre and the Plaza de la Merced, Pablo Picasso's birthplace.
This spectacular home offers contemporary style, with modern furniture and stylish decor, along with all the important mod cons you need for a home-from-home stay.
It features three double bedrooms, all with cosy king size beds (consisting of single 2 beds of 90x200 cm pushed together), one of them with direct access to the terrace, and the other one with a convenient workspace desk. For the privacy of our guests, there are two separate bathrooms with showers.
In the centre of the apartment, you will find a very large, comfortable living room, with its giant flat screen TV, as well as a separate dining room area with direct access to the terrace.
The sparkling fully-equipped kitchen has everything you can dream of to rustle up a delicious meal, to be savoured either in the dining are or al-fresco on the huge terrace.
The terrace itself features a shadded dining area, an outdoors kitchen and plenty of space to soak up the Andalusian sun.
A parking space is available upon request in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

A lovely apartment!
Very quiet & peaceful, even though there were road repairs happening outside we heard nothing insideon the roof terrace. Everything was clean & tidy & we wouldn't hessitate to book again. A super location to explore Malaga from.

Great Stay - Great Apartment
Well furnished, well equipped with an excellent sense of design. The terrace was a big plus, private, sunny with comfortable furniture.
Not much. In an ideal world, the smaller bathroom would be enlarged a few feet and there would be a bathtub. Nothing is perfect but this is pretty close. We’ve already booked for next spring.

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay here in a lovely apartment close to the centre of Malaga. We couldn’t have asked for more from the hosts - they were so helpful and responsive. They showed us around when we arrived and gave fantastic recommendations about what to do in Malaga. They were also accommodating with our arrival and departure times, allowing us to check in early on the day we arrived which was very appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Would love to come back again!

The advantages of this house are that it is in an excellent location, in the center of Malaga, the interior is spacious and cool, the facilities are relatively new, and there is a rooftop that is almost as big as two rooms, which is very nice! There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for eating, shopping and going to the beach. There are also some areas that may be improved: parking is not convenient, you need to go to the nearby paid parking lot the bathroom is relatively small. But these are not serious shortcomings! I still strongly recommend it, five-star praise!

Fantastic Property
Loved everything about this property. Everything high end. 3 great sized bedrooms. Modern kitchen area having all appliances you would need. Comfortable lounge and dining room with great tv and sound system. Both bathrooms well equipped, one with a double shower the other slightly smaller but still roomy for the average sized person. The best feature of this large apartment is the massive roof terrace. It has a large dining table and comfortable seating area. Also an outside preparation area with top of the range BBQ and roof blinds as the sun is above all day.
Been to Malaga many times and used Solaga. Every apartment is quality but this is definitely the best apartment we have rented.
Would highly recommend Solaga and this apartment.
We will be back next year for our annual trip.

Amazing place!
Amazing place. You can't beat the location! We had a great time in wonderful Malaga!
Excellent location for the old town. The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were very nice and it made our stay comfortable. Good wifi as well. We took taxis and it was quite easy to flag one down on the street from the apartment then it's a short ride to the train station.

Feels like coming home
This was our second stay in this apartment, and it truly feels like coming home. It's a spacious, beautifully furnished place in a central location, with a big terrace that serves as the cherry on top.
The collaboration with Solaga also went very smoothly: good and fast communication, reliable service.
It's perfect the way it is.

Das Haus hat den Beschreibungen und den Bildern entsprochen. Es eine super Ausgangslage und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt und wir konnten auch schon sofort in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und alles wirkt sehr sauber und neu. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Auch die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr schön. Ohwoh das große Badezimmer leider kein verdunklung bzw. Verblendung hat,was wünschenswert wert gewesen wäre. Die Küche ist top modern und hat die ausreichend Personen Platz bzw Geschirr. Das einzige was hier gefehlt hat waren kleine und größere scharfe Messe, um das Grillfleisch und den Salat zuschneiden. Was us sehr sehr gut gefallen hat, war die große Dachterrasse,die war wirklich top. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir konnten auch schon eher in die Wohnung.
