This charming two-bedroom holiday apartment is located in the heart of Malaga city center on the first floor of a building with elevator. It consists of a lovely large bright living room with sofa, armchair and dining table for four people, a bathroom with shower and access to a small balcony overlooking the historic centre.
From the kitchen, you can access a small courtyard patio terrace with table where you can enjoy a cool drink.
The apartment features two bedrooms:
The first bedroom with a double bed (150x200), wardrobes, a small balcony, and a private bathroom with shower.

could not have chosen a better place to stay
My wife and I could not have chosen a better place to stay - right in the centre , near the market , well provided with eateries, and QUIET! And Carlos and Theresa’s service was exemplary Chris
We had a great stay in this apartment! Everything is as pictured and the apartment is well stocked. Location was very central and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
We could walk to most sites we wanted to visit and there is plenty of services closeby. The wonderful market is one block away. 10 minutes away from major bus lines.
This space is well equipped and perfectly located in a quiet area in the center of Malaga. It is right next to the Atarazanas market and within a short walking distance from Calle Larios and the beach. All of the meeting points for our tours were also very close. Highly recommend this accomodation!
Such a fabulous space so close to the hustle & bustle of this wonderful city. We loved the property and our time in Malaga.

Perfect!
This place was beautiful and very close to all the main things to do in Malaga. The host was super friendly and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Very close walking distance to the beach and the buses/metro jn the area are very user friendly. The apartment was well equipped and beyond spacious for a family of 4.
This is a beautiful apartment in a super location. The apartment is in a very secure building and is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent.
Our only two grumbles were that it would have been helpful if there had been kitchen roll, foil etc because you dont want to be buying this for a few days and the photos of the twin bedded room are a little deceptive - its not really big enough for two adults. But these are minor points. We very much hope to return.

This holiday apartment is the perfect place when you prefer the buzz of a city life. You are absolutely in the middle of everything in Malaga city. Cuisine, history, entertainment, shopping, beach life…you name it!
This time I was a solo traveller and enjoyed the unbelievable hospitality of local people starting from wonderful Solaga staff.

Great stay!
We had a great stay in this apartment! Everything is as pictured and the apartment is well stocked. Location was very central and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go
Great location perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Loved it amazing location 5 minutes to market, pastries and bread. Carrefour express next to Hotel Atarazanas. Big supermarket on other side of bridge at Cortes Ingles 10-15 minutes walk.

Modern apartment in great location
The administration with Solaga was very good. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with everything in working order. The location was excellent for the market and food shopping, tourist sites and the beach. Malaga is a lovely clean city with lots to offer whether you want sun, sea and sand, outdoor activities or cultural tourist sites.

Great location in the middle of everything. Everything we needed was available in the apartment - especially because we are traveling with a toddler of 2yrs old. The apartment was very cozy and very clean. Massive space to put our clothing in. And also very quiet according to the fact that you’re in the middel of everything. Close enough to the trainstation (for airport). Supermarket and great bakery around the corner. Beach is a 10-15 minute walkthe nicer beaches for children (according to us) about 10-15 minutes by bike.

Pros: Great apartment, conveniently located, modern, clean, easy check in. Washing machine with a dryer. Lovely patio. Cons: Stayed for a month, would have been nice to have someone come in and clean the bathrooms, floors, and change the sheets. You would have done that if there was a different renter each week. We kept everything else clean. Extra toilet paper would have been nice. We did ask for clean towels and sheets and they dropped them off. The dryer doesnt really dry, but you can hang them outside on a rack and in the summer they dry super fast. In the winter, beware, no dryer. All the lights stopped working the day before we left. Called and texted the emergency number with no response except for an email once we returned home. Yet, I give them a 5 star because its a great apartment in a great location. I would rent again.

In the heart of the city
-Spotlessly clean.
-Really convenient location right near the market and our favourite bars/restaurants.
-Great amenities such as a nice powerful shower, loads of towels, good hair dryer, (important for me), Netflix, plenty of coat hangers. Well equipped kitchen, nice lighting, comfy sofa and bed etc
- the building feels very safe and modern

My only one small negative is that there was a lot of early morning outside noise from the market traders setting up. I have stayed on this street four times now but this particular apartment faces onto the street down to the market so at certain times of the day, be prepared for a lot of banging and clattering. It did not spoil our holiday in any way as we quickly ‘acclimatised’ to it and I like the hustle and bustle of a city but I think it’s worth pointing out to other travellers.
My wife and I just checked out this morning after spending 4 weeks in this apartment.
The place was spotless and very tidy. All equipment worked as it should. Quality cutlery and dishes, unlike the dollar store variety you get at some locations.
Beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Good supply of cleaning items as well as dishwasher tablets.
We found the washer/dryer quite handy.
The location is absolutely the best place to stay in Malaga.
You are close to the beach, close to Larios street, also the market is right there. So many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is a large outdoor patio off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps a lunch.
Solaga Holiday Homes were terrific. We opted for the airport pick up. They were there and drove us to our apartment where we met Albert who showed us around our new temporary home. He left us maps and also gave us the 3 best places for dinner. He was right on. We tried all 3 and they were awesome.
Carlos who checked us out this morning was terrific as well.
If possible I would make this rating a 6 star. We were more than happy.
Solaga has over 75 properties that they manage in Malaga. It would be worthwhile to check them out for your visit.
We are sad to leave but on to our next adventure.

Accueil peu réceptif. Aucune explications sur fonctionnement, donner cartable et clé, aucune information sur marches tout près,. Nous avions l’impression de la déranger. Impossible d’appeler sur what’s app, seulement texto. Au départ, endroit pour remiser valises quelques heures. Personne très bête. Nous dis qu’ils sea la toute la journée. Nous avons du attendre 30 minutes pour récupérer nos bagages car il était sorti alors que nous avions dit que nous serions là à 14h. N’a pas voulu nous confirmer un taxi. N’a même pas vérifié les bagages que nous avons pris et aurions pu partir avec d’autres bagages entreposés. Très mauvais accueil, mauvaise communication. Logement par contre très bien situé. La gestion Solega aurait quelques leçons à apprendre de Genteel Homes, une agence exceptionnelle.
