This spectacular penthouse is located in front of the famous Paseo del Parque, in one of the most exclusive streets in the center of Malaga. The area is characterised by its elegant streets, its proximity to the sea and its majestic buildings. In addition to the charm of the area's architecture, its location allows our guests to enjoy a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Our guests will stay a few steps from Calle Larios, the Cathedral and the Port of Malaga. Furthermore, with a pleasant 10-minute walk, crossing the Paseo del Parque gardens we can reach other sophisticated areas of the city, La Malagueta and its beach, the Pompidou Museum and the Plaza de Toros.
Its decoration, in natural tones, combines very well selected contemporary and vintage pieces, chosen by the owner of the house. Its high quality furniture is meticulously selected. The terrace is perfect to start the day with a good breakfast in the terrace with fascinating views of the sea, the port and the Paseo del Parque. Not only can our guests enjoy the view from the terrace, but thanks to its large windows, they can appreciate the view from other parts of the house such as the kitchen or living room. This apartment is ideal to live the experience of being part of this exclusive location.
The apartment is located on a fourth exterior floor. The entrance to the apartment is via stairs, which give access to the open-plan living room that integrates the kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa, an auxiliary table, chairs, a dining table, wooden floor and decorative elements and plants that make the house a cozy, warm and special.

Stylish apartment in an old building with a magnificent harbor view
We (3 people) felt very comfortable in the beautiful, clean and spacious old building apartment right from the start and especially enjoyed the magnificent view of the harbor.
The location is perfect and Malaga is the star!
We were two couples that stayed in Malaga for 4 nights and were extremely happy with the property. So many restaurants are an easy walk and having the refrigerator and microwave meant that we could warm up leftovers for quick snacks. The view was incredible and I would absolutely recommend this apartment for an easy and well-appointed stay.

Amazing from start to finish.... Caleta Homes offer fabulous service from start to finish, answering all queries in a timely manner! Then the apartment.... location is perfect, and the view literally breathtaking- even better than the photos. The apartment is huge, including the terrace (which gets all day sunshine). Would return in a heartbeat !!!

A very nice apartment with a beautiful terrace
The size and style of the apartment, the terrace and the location are wonderful. It is a luxury apartment including with respect to the quality of the china ware. The communication with Caleta was excellent and their team was very responsive to any request.
The apartment needs to be refreshed. The walls need a new coat of paint, some of the furniture should be changed. There is not enough light in the kitchen which makes it difficult to cook in the evening.
