Duplex penthouse with private sunny terrace .On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and television. On the upper floor you will find a double bed, a toilet and the terrace. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and a 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of Malaga. Equipped with electrical appliances, including washing machine. Free internet access in the whole house. If you need it, we can provide you with a baby cradle.

Lovely place

Good communication, easy access via app, spotlessly clean, plenty of space, good to have a balcony, great location. Lots of personal touches and well equipped kitchen. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Only downside is lack of headroom in some parts of the bedroom due to sloping room but no big deal

Fabulous, well located apartment

We loved the apartment! It is well situated with bars, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy to walk to the old town / train and bus stations. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was really good, the flat itself is spacious. The heating worked well. The only downside was the sloping roof in the main bedroom and 2nd bathroom. The roof terrace was large and would be fantastic in the warmer weather. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Clean and very quiet

The apartment was perfect for us. Clean and very quiet. We couldn't even hear any noise from other apartments in the building. It's a 20 minute walk to Malaga Centre. The neighbourhood is safe, no worries about walking, even in the evening. The bed is comfortable but small and the bedroom has a slped ceiling. Not a big deal but watch your head. The terrace is the best. Private, lots of furniture and it is sunny!

Great property

Spent a week here and enjoyed it. Liked the location, as it is close enough to the tourist area, but far enough away to leave the crowds behind. The street is very quiet (a dead end). Very close to a large supermarket and the street the supermarket is on is a bustling neighborhood area. Actually had great ramen there. The bed is comfortable, although it is a low ceiling, so watch your head. We actually pulled the bed out so we didn't cause ourselves brain damage. The upstairs bathroom is something you have to see to believe. Finally, the rooftop terrace is very nice. The owners were responsive to our requests. We would stay here again!

What’s not to like ….

The apt is quiet, clean and the terrace is a great space to hang out. The neighbourhood is vibrant and not at all far from the historical center. Felt safe everywhere. Apt manager is quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a redo.

we had a very nice week in malaga. the appartment is well equipped and have a marvelos terrasse, where we enjoyed the sun from morning and until it went down the livingroom is a bit dark, and you must take care of your head in the sleepingroom! the area is near the citycenter only about 10minutes walk away. there are many cafees just around the corner and a supermarked a few minutes away. we recommend the flat as a very nice place to stay when the sun is shining.

Good place for shorter stays.

We stayed stayed at this property for 45 days in March and April. The apartment is close to the old town center (15 minutes walk) but is located in an area where locals live and there aren't many tourists. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. The second story balcony is great. Over-all we like the apartment and area but there were a few of drawbacks: It is a two story unit and the second story has a sloping roof, the bed is positioned under the dormer window in the low part of the roof. Not the greatest spot for getting into and out of bed or for using most of the second story. The apartment could be better outfitted. There is one love seat to sit on in the Livingroom. The kitchen cutlery and utensils were very basic.

Nous sommes des voyageurs expérimentés et nous pouvons vous confirmez que ce AirB&B est tel que sur les photos. Joli appartement, avec ascenseur et une belle terrasse. Très bien situé, près de tous les services. Elena est très pro-active et dévouée. La propreté des lieux, la qualité de la literie, le nombre de serviettes disponibles, la décoration, tout est très bien. La deuxième salle de bain de service, est originale et se trouve sous les combles. Pour les gens de grande taille, il faut absolument se pencher. Mais elle demeure très pratique. L'Avenue Marmoles à 2 minutes, offre un grand choix de bistros, restos et bonnes boulangeries-pâtisseries. En plus, l'Avenue vous mène tout droit à la vieille ville en 25 minutes à pied et à la superbe promenade au bord de la mer. Vous y trouverez le Centre Pompidou, plein de petits commerces et de fameux restaurants.
