Located on the beachfront, this bright 70 m² property offers capacity for up to 4 people and beautiful open sea views that make every sunrise a special moment. Its location allows you to leave the building and be directly on the seafront promenade, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and all the services needed for a comfortable stay.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (the third bedroom is used as an office), which guarantees rest and space for both families and two couples. It features a full bathroom with shower, practical layout and well-utilised spaces.



The living-dining room is bright and comfortable, equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning and three fans, ideal for cooling down during the summer months. Fibre internet connection allows you to work or enjoy streaming without interruptions.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete kitchenware and integrated washing machine, designed for both short and long stays.



The building has a lift and the apartment accepts pets, a highly valued feature for those travelling with their furry companion.



It does not have a swimming pool or parking, but its privileged beachfront location and excellent connection to Málaga city centre make it very easy to get around on foot or by public transport.

🔹 Pets welcome on request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾
