With capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), it is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable and cosy stay. The accommodation has a spacious and bright living-dining room, with a terrace where you can relax with partial sea views and feel the sea breeze while reading or having a tea ☕️.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, among others) and a laundry room, perfect for preparing your meals with ease. In addition, the area offers multiple local businesses for shopping or enjoying nearby gastronomy 🍽️.



You will enjoy two full bathrooms, one en suite with a bathtub and another with a shower tray, both spacious and functional. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WiFi and numbered private parking included in the rate, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout your stay 🚗📶.



The building community offers a rooftop pool with impressive views of Malaga Bay, open from April to November, ideal for sunbathing or a refreshing swim. Currently, the pool will be closed until April 11th for maintenance, but its use is subject to established capacity and schedule rules 🏊‍♂️🌞.
