HOMEABOUT LA MERCED STUDIO 7:
Bright exterior studio, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The studio is located on a third floor, easily accessible with the lift; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The area is calm.
The studio has a double bed, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom.
EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Es konnte uns immer geholfen werden. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles hat funktioniert! Die Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr nah am Zentrum, aber man hat immer noch seine Ruhe.

ESTUDIO ACEPTABLE
Digo aceptable por lo justo de dotacion y tamaño, no tiene sofa solo una cama en el centro de la habitacion,pegada a la cocina, en dimensiones equivalente a una habitacion de hotel de 4*. respecto a la limpieza deja mucho que desear, nos encontramos pelos largos pegados en los azulejos, pasta de dientes en la encimera de madera del baño. A su favor cerca del centro 10-15 min andando, en contra un sistema de reserva/pago y chequing muy complicado y tedioso, con errores el la pagina de pago, etc. En fin, he estado en sitios mucho mejores por menos precio, se nota la falta de un responsable que vigile todos estos detalle y facilite el acceso
