    The Space:

    The flat has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, guaranteeing total privacy and comfort, and also features a sofa bed for additional guests. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is designed for a pleasant stay, allowing you to prepare meals in a functional and stylish space.

    Please note that the property has both a crib and a high chair available upon request.



    Guest Access:

    This exclusive luxury vacation rental apartment offers easy access with no stairs, ensuring comfort for all guests. An elevator takes you directly to the apartment door, making it fully accessible for everyone.



    The Neighborhood:

    The building is located in the heart of the picturesque El Palo neighborhood in Málaga, a traditional fishing district that will steal your heart from the moment you arrive. Take a leisurely stroll along the lively promenade, where you'll find everything you need: supermarkets, beach bars, greengrocers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy the famous espetos de Málaga, freshly grilled sardines, right by the beach, making it an authentic local experience.



    Note: As the apartments are located in a residential area near the beach, parking can sometimes be challenging. However, there is a convenient underground paid parking garage just 400 meters away.



    Getting Around:

    The apartment is ideally located in a prime area, just a 3-minute walk from the renowned El Palo beaches, 10 minutes by car from the historic center, and 19 minutes from Málaga airport. For seamless access to the city center without the need for a car, a bus departs every 5 minutes just a few meters from the property. This unbeatable location offers the perfect blend of beachside tranquility and easy access to Málaga's vibrant cultural and historic attractions.



    Other Things to Note:

    House rules:

    - Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden both in the flat and in the pool area.

    - It is forbidden to bring food or drink into the pool area.

    - It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation.

    - Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

    - Please take out the garbage every day, with special care during the summer months. There are garbage cans in the street for this purpose.

    - Please leave the house tidy before your departure.

    - Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you.
