Wake up and walk out onto the beach and down to the sea from this wonderful holiday home decorated in an eclectic beach style with vintage furnishings, with top quality amenities, comfortable furniture, and two terraces offering impressive views of the beach and mountains.
This unique property is located in the old fishing district of Malaga, at Pedregalejo beach. The picturesque neighborhood, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, is one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas of the city with its picturesque promenade full of traditional fish restaurants and trendy cafés.
This beautiful home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on three different floors, ideal for a family vacation or a city getaway with friends. It is located on a quaint street, steps from the beach and its six U-shaped coves.
The mix of traditional Andalusian architecture, colorful and modern eclectic furniture gives this property a unique atmosphere.
On the first floor, you will find a bright living and dining room area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a small bath.
A beautiful staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with bunk beds.
The third floor features the third bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a utility closet with washer and dryer. All bedrooms offer plenty of closet space.
There are two terraces to relax and enjoy the outdoors and dinners al fresco.
There is free WiFi, air-conditioning and heating throughout the property. There is private parking garage available in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

We made some fabulous family memories at the house! Watching the water and the people on the promenade from the extremely nice balcony made for a very relaxing stay. The house is perfectly set up for a small group looking to enjoy the wonders of Malaga.

We would return without question!
We had an incredible stay at this home. The pictures are certainly accurate and the views are impeccable. The home is huge and has plenty of amenities as well as space for a group. We especially liked the waterfront location as well as the third floor terraces. Getting to the city center was quick and easy via a short Uber ride. The neighborhood was lively but not disruptive at all.

Great accommodation in perfect location
We had a very comfortable stay with friends in this beautiful, bright and well equipped home. The beach front location was lovely for relaxing and enjoying sea. Great restaurants on the doorstep and yet peaceful too. Excellent bus services close by to enjoy the sights of Malaga and venture beyond. Arrival and departure arrangements very smooth with good communication from staff at Solaga. Would highly recommend.

This is by far the best vrbo we have stayed in. The process was great, the location was perfect, it is well decorated, has a/c and washer dryer. And you cannot beat the views. One of the best beaches is right outside the door.
Lovely house, two luxurious bedrooms and a nice bunk room.
Location was ideal. We opted to use the underground parking which was good.
Bus to Malaga, supermarket and restaurants on your doorstep.
I was surprised there was no oven but managed with a hob. Thank you

Perfect house at a perfect place
We, a family with two children, had a perfect time at Noemi Playa. Just opening the door and you are at the beach. No cars passing (the Passeo is a Pedestrian Zone), so that the children can simples run…
The house is spacious, equipped with everything and very nice and tastfully decorated.

Amazing find
The property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved both of the terraces especially the sea view. It was in a great location with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Good to have a smart tv in the lounge.
Perhaps leaving some bottled water in the fridge for arrival as we were a v late check in.
We bought a beach chair which we left at the accommodation but it would have improved the experience if beach furniture for the guest numbers were provided.
