Integrated in a small charming building , recently renovated (completed in 2014) with 4 studios (2 single studios in the ground floor and 2 duplex-studios in the uper floor.

    A lovely and special shared patio with wooden bench and a small stone fountain that will be the travelers delight after an intense day , full of visits and city walks..

    The building has been totally restored with the best and top quality materials that make it an idyllic place!

    Sloping ceilings with remote control windows in the roof , original hand-painted headboards , some wooden floors , fully equipped kitchens with high-standing quality suplies , bath with glass shower screens, LCD TV , Wi -Fi , Satellite TV … etc.

    All these details makes this accommodation ideal for couples, friends , families or even for large gatherings , being able to rent the complete house , certainly a privileged location in the city center .!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié loger à la Casita et avons été bien reçu par Mariola, avec qui la communication a toujours été bonne. L'endroit est situé à quelques pas de nombreuses attractions et un stationnement étagé à proximité (payant) permet de laisser la voiture. Le logement, bien que petit, est très bien aménagé, propre et très confortable. Nous y retournernions sans hésiter! Merci Sea & Waves!

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e a 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Consigliato per gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo 11) perché gli appartamenti comunque sono abbastanza grandi: per esempio noi dei pasti li facevamo tutti insieme in un solo appartamento. Gli appartamenti sono ben attrezzati e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.
